Turning precious clothes into a forever keepsake
Some clothes bring back memories more than others. Whether they are from your babies first years, or if they once belonged to someone special, they can be hard to part with.
Here at Rebecca Grace Keepsakes we can turn those precious items into a keepsake that you can cherish forever
How it works
STEP 1: Add your desired keepsake(s) to your basket and checkout.

STEP 2: Decide which clothing items you'd like to use.

STEP 3: The month before your keepsake is due to be made, package up all your clothes - including notes - and post them to the address provided in the packing instructions email. (Example, if you are booked for May, send your clothes in April. Any orders that arrive after 1st of the month they are booked will be delayed)

*If you choose to drop off your items and collect your keepsake(s), you can use the booking service on the website to arrange a time for this once you have placed your order. Again, do this before the 1st of the month your keepsake is due to be made.

STEP 4: Once I have recieved your items, I will send you a confirmation email and will start to work on your keepsake(s).

STEP 5: When your keepsake(s) are completed, I will email you to let you know. If you have chosen to collect your keepsake(s) you can then use the booking service to arrange a collection time again, or they will be delivered via Royal Mail Tracked and Signed

Please note: Full payment is required at checkout, however, 50% of your payment is a non-refundable deposit for your order. This means if you decide to cancel your order, you will only receive a 50% refund.
If your clothes do not arrive by the deadline, there will be a £30 late arrival charge. This will need to be paid before your order can be returned.
