Here are some of our most asked questions. If you can't find the answer you are looking for, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

Do you ship outside of the UK?

We will only be accepting orders within the UK (excluding Northern Ireland) this is due to changes with GPSR and for the interests of the business.

How many items do I need to send for a memory animal?

​

If you are using baby clothes then I recommend 8 - 10 baby-grows or equivalent. However, if many of these are new born or tiny baby size, then a few extra will be needed. For adult clothing, only 1 item is required. These are minimum amounts, so if you have more you would like to include then feel free to send more!

How long will my keepsake take to make?

​

Orders are taken to be made in specific month. So, if you have ordered to be made in May. Your keepsake will be shipped by the end of that month. If you have send your clothes after the 1st of that month there will be a delay in them being shipped. Also, if you have a specific date you would like your keepsake for, please let me know. Although this cannot be guarantee, I will always try my best to accommodate this.

Can I drop off my items and collect the completed keepsake?

​

Of course! If you live local (we are based in Sandbach, Cheshire, UK), you can select the "collection" option at check out and then use the booking system on the website to book in a time slot to drop off your items so you know they arrive safely. (Make sure to do this the month before your keepsake is due to be made). Once your keepsake is completed, you will receive an email to let you know, and you can then use the same booking area to arrange collection.

Do I have the send my clothes as soon as I’ve ordered? 
 

No. You need to send your clothes the month before your keepsakes are due to be made. (Example, if you have booked to be made in May, you need to send your clothes in April). If they arrive after the 1st of the month they are due to be made, this will cause delays to your order being completed in the assigned month.

What happens if I don’t send my clothes within the 3 months? (Only applicable for orders made before 1st February 2025 - after this orders will be taken for special months and clothes need to be sent the month prior)
 

You will receive an email reminder to send your items 2 weeks before the 3 month cut off. If you’re clothes haven’t been sent by this time and there has been no communication or prior agreement to extend, then your order will be cancelled and you will

receive a full refund.
